The Bathurst Rotary Ribfest will take place July 16-18, 2021. It's not been confirmed yet if it will be held as a drive-thru or not.
The “Ribbers” attending this year will be the same as last year, the Texas Rangers and Crabby's BBQ Shack. Many measures will be put in place to comply with the rules surrounding Covid-19.
This event is the second largest fundraising campaign for the Rotary Club of Bathurst. Last year, a donation of over $ 85,000 was made to various community organizations including the Chaleur Transport Cooperative, the Bathurst Food Bank, the Bathurst Coronation Park and the Chaleur Regional Hospital Foundation.
What is a Ribfest?
Ribfest is a professional barbecue competition that has expanded across North America and has branded itself as one of the larger events travelling from city to city to raise money for charity.
