At Brochetterie Le Vieux Moulin, we raise our own organic lamb (no hormones or medication, vegetable fed only) to the age of 4 or 5 months. This approach allows us to ensure we serve only safe, superior-quality meat.

Marie-Genevieve Boudreau, along with Chef Dimitrios Marossis, has been managing Brochetterie Le Vieux Moulin for 25 years. We are very proud to offer you the use of our warm and friendly banquet rooms. We can accommodate 60 people on the first floor, 100 people on the second floor, and 40 people in the solarium,
which is available throughout the year. We also have an alcohol license.
